2 Chicken Breasts, cooked, shredded, and cooled
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 Celery Stalks, diced
2 Green Onions, sliced
1/2 cup Blackberries, halved or quartered
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper, or to taste
Optional: Keto bread for serving

Instructions

Shred cooled chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise.
Add diced celery, sliced green onions, blackberries, and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
