Recreate the iconic Big Mac experience with a keto-friendly twist. These smash burgers use low-carb tortillas and a creamy homemade sauce for a satisfying, high-protein meal.

8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
1 pound Ground Beef
8 slices American Cheese
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Keto Big Mac Sauce:
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
1/4 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

Press each keto tortilla to create a flat surface
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat
Form ground beef into 8 thin patties (about 2 ounces each)
Season patties with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side until crispy
Place cheese slices on top of patties during last minute of cooking
Let rest 2-3 minutes
Meanwhile mix sauce ingredients in a bowl
Assemble burgers with lettuce and pickle slices

Notes

For best flavor, use 80/20 ground beef blend
Zucchini can be substituted for low-carb tortillas if preferred
Let sauce sit at room temperature for 1 hour before use
