2 Filets of Wild Caught Alaska Halibut
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Oregano, Sea Salt, and Lemon Pepper to Taste
1 Lemon Wedge (for serving)
2 Vine Tomatoes (chopped or wedged)
1 Medium Cucumber (chopped or wedged)
1 Bell Pepper (any color, chopped)
½ Red Onion (chopped, cut into ¼ pieces)
½ cup Feta Cheese (cubed)
¼ cup Greek Salad Dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to broil (450-500°F)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut.
Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with oregano, sea salt, and lemon pepper.
Broil for 8-10 minutes, until fish is tender and flaky.
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
