Ingredients

Scale

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp dried oregano
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Fold in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken if you prefer a leaner protein. If using frozen spinach, ensure you thaw and squeeze out all excess moisture before adding it to the skillet to prevent a watery texture.
