Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
Season steak bites with salt and pepper
Sear cubes until browned on all sides (3-4 minutes)
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 5-7 minutes for medium
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 1 minute
Stir in beef broth to deglaze, scraping up browned bits
Add cream and Parmesan, simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened
Season with red pepper flakes (if using)
Return steak bites to skillet and coat in sauce
Garnish with fresh parsley

Notes

Use a cast-iron skillet for best browning results
Store leftovers airtight in the refrigerator for 3 days
Use herb-infused olive oil for extra flavor
