Ingredients

Scale

3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Place the chicken bite-sized pieces in a bowl and toss with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add the chicken bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes to develop a golden-brown crust
Flip the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden and cooked through
Reduce heat, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic to the pan
Sauté for 1 minute until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, tossing the chicken to coat thoroughly
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately

Notes

Use refined olive oil for higher heat tolerance. If out of Italian seasoning, use a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme. Serve with roasted vegetables or over pasta.
