Broccoli 4 cups, cut into florets
Ground beef 1 pound (80/20 or 90/10)

Pepper to taste
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes (optional, pinch)
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup, shredded
Parsley (optional, for garnish)
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
