Broccoli 4 cups, cut into florets
Ground beef 1 pound (80/20 or 90/10)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes (optional, pinch)
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup, shredded
Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef, breaking into pieces, and cook until browned.
Stir in broccoli, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook 5 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream, add cheddar cheese, and simmer until thickened.
