1 large beaten egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon onion powder
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
Steam broccoli until tender (5-7 minutes), then chop finely
In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Combine Parmesan with breadcrumbs in a separate bowl
Form mixture into 24 equal-sized tots, rolling in breadcrumb mixture to coat
Place 1 inch apart on baking sheets and bake 10 minutes
Flip tots and bake 12-15 minutes total until golden brown
