Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and optional cayenne pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and then rub the spice mixture evenly over the top of the fish.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and opaque throughout.
Remove carefully, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Always use fresh salmon rather than frozen for the best results. If you prefer a higher smoke point, feel free to use avocado oil instead of olive oil. For a milder flavor, simply omit the cayenne pepper. Fresh dill is an excellent aromatic substitute if you do not have fresh parsley.
