1 pound lean ground beef (90/10)
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
12-16 small corn tortillas
2-3 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
Preheat oven (400°F/200°C) or preheat air fryer
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned
Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water
Stir in shredded cheese until melted
Warm tortillas in oven or microwave
Fill each tortilla with meat mixture
Roll up tightly and place seam-side down
Brush with olive oil or spray cooking oil
Bake for 12-15 minutes (or air fry for 7-10 minutes) until golden and crispy
