Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tbsp water
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Place ground beef in a large bowl and break it up.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all spices: chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and cayenne.
3. Add spice mix to the beef and combine well.
4. Stir in vinegar and water; mix until slightly moist.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add beef mixture.
6. Cook for 10–15 minutes, breaking it apart, until fully cooked and browned.
7. Drain excess fat if needed.
8. Use immediately or store for later.
