Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or 85/15)

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

1 tbsp water
